1. What we collect

When you use Magnetic to Millions, we store the information you choose to enter:

  • Account details (email address, display name)
  • Journal entries (intentions, gratitude, affirmations, notes)
  • Money entries (income, expenses, descriptions, categories, dates)
  • Goals and vision notes (titles, target amounts, time periods)
  • Settings preferences (currency, manifestation identity)

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to power your personal Magnetic to Millions experience:

  • Displaying your journal, money tracking, and goals in your dashboard
  • Calculating income summaries, streaks, and progress toward your goals
  • Maintaining your account and settings across sessions

We do not sell your data. We do not use your individual journal or financial entries for advertising or profiling.

We may use fully anonymised, aggregated insights from across the community (for example: "members collectively manifested $2M last month" or "the average user journals 4 days per week") in marketing materials, social media, and programme content. These insights never identify you, your account, or anything you've written, and cannot be traced back to an individual.

3. Data security

Your data is stored in a secure backend with row-level security policies that ensure only you can access your own records. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

4. Who can see your data

Your journal entries, money records, and goals are private to your account. The only exception is if an administrator needs to access your data for support or operational purposes — this is strictly limited to what is necessary.

5. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You can update or delete your data at any time through the app. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact us.
